The order that gets you the most comfort first
Almost nobody does everything at once, and there is a sensible sequence. This is the one we would use on our own houses.
Start with the west and south glass
Low-E glazing on the elevations that take the afternoon sun does more than the same money spread evenly around the house.
Then the doors that stick or leak
A patio slider that will not move or an entry door with daylight around the edges is usually the next thing worth fixing.
Then the screens
Retractable screens let you open the house up in the evening without letting the bugs in, and they disappear when you do not need them.
That order is a starting point, not a rule. Doors and screens go first whenever they are the actual problem.
