The cities we install in
Permit rules, utilities and housing stock change from one city to the next, so each city gets its own page.
We work out of a shop on Arlington Avenue in Riverside and install across Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles counties. Every drive time below is measured from the shop. A window job is not the same job in every city on this list. The permit counter asks for different paperwork, the electric bill comes from a different utility, and the house behind the stucco was built in a different decade. So each of these 27 cities gets a real page: what the housing is, what the city asks for, whether an association has a view, and who sends the bill.

How far we go
Being honest about the drive is part of being honest about the schedule. Here is how the map actually works for us.

Core area, same week
10 cities are our core area, none of them more than 30 minutes from the shop. Measure visits and installs there go into the current week's schedule, and a callback after the job is a short trip rather than a planned one.

Further out, batched
The other 17 cities on the list, across all four counties, run 28 to 52 minutes out, so we group jobs there and do them together rather than one at a time. Same crew, same free in-home measure, you may just wait a little longer for the date. We will tell you which of the two you are on the call.

Where we do not go
We do not work San Diego. It is a long way past the point where we can measure, install and come back for a warranty call without the drive showing up in your price. If you are out that way, we would rather say so now than take the booking.
